ImprovedRule conditions are simpler: “Add condition” is hidden while “Always” is selected, “Always” leaves the dropdown once other conditions exist, and new conditions default to Total Amount.

NewCart Collection condition for validation rules: match carts that contain, or don’t contain, any product from a collection.
